At Fi Dreams, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within [12] days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Please note that sale items, gift cards, and custom-made products are non-refundable, and we cannot accept returns for worn, damaged, or altered items. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within [5] business days.
